|| RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ||
We want you to be completely satisfied with Diamond & Platinum's purchase. Hence, we will accept any return of full priced, unworn or dissatisfied items within 7 working days from the date you received the product and receive credit for your item(s) within 14 working days from the date of you received the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a charge to be deducted from the total return amount.

The item can be returned to us by:
• Courier service only (Liability will be borne by customer)
Diamond & Platinum reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above

Diamond & Platinum Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


Once your item(s) have been received and accepted:
• Compensation
- We do not practice cash or credit card refund. If applicable, online voucher will be issued upon approval

- We do not practice cash refund via Diamond & Platinum outlet.


• Exchange
- A one-time exchange is allowed. Any subsequent exchange will not be entertained.
- Exchange of item(s) is subject to store availability.

Diamond & Platinum Eshop does not accept return at Diamond & Platinum outlets. Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed after we received the item(s). Refund will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you your item was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price will be counted for your return/exchange. 

Please be informed that our customer care centre will contact you further for additional information. Refund might take longer than 14 business days if there is a delayed in reply.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED AT DIAMOND & PLATINUM.COM by COURIER SERVICE

Do note that this return method will send your parcel back to our E-Shop warehouse and we will process for your refund in 14 working days.
Please follow our 3 easy steps when you wish to return or exchange the item as below:
1. OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:
Contact us at service@diamondnplatinum.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or click the button "CLICK HERE FOR GOODS RETURN". When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization.

2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a return, you must provide the original packaging and documentation (Tax Invoice). Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item

3. SHIPPING & INSURANCE:
Ship the item prepaid to the address written below with original cash bill. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write Diamond & Platinum.com or the contents of the package such as jewellery, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Email to service@diamondnplatinum.com and notify us on the courier consignment number. Return shipments and shipping fee are the responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCT TO PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Diamond & Platinum only accept exchange of the same value or higher value item. Customer will top up the additional value on exchanged piece. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. ALL exchange items must be returned via courier service to Diamond & Platinum HQ for inspection. Exchange item(s) is subject to availability. 

The exchange needs to be done within 14 working days upon the date of email you receive from Diamond & Platinum Customer Service. You may opt for exchange via Diamond & Platinum Eshop or your preferred Diamond & Platinum store across Malaysia.

Exchange Via Eshop:

  1. Return your item via courier service (courier service fee will be borne by customer) to Diamond & Platinum HQ for inspection.
  2. Email to service@diamondnplatinum.com and notify us on the courier consignment number.
  3. Upon inspection, you will be given a 14-day online credit code for product exchange via email.
  4. Select your favourite piece on our Eshop and just apply the credit code during checkout.

Exchange Via Diamond & Platinum Outlet:

  1. Return your item via courier service (courier service fee will be borne by customer) to Diamond & Platinum HQ for inspection.
  2. Email to service@diamondnplatinum.com and notify us on the courier consignment number + your preferred Diamond & Platinum showroom for product exchange.
  3. We will notify you upon inspection via email, and send the 14-day credit vouchers to the selected showroom.
  4. Present your IC and inform your name upon visitation to the selected showroom; exchange on behalf is not allowed.
  5. Select your favourite piece on our showroom and just pay with the credit vouchers. 

A one-time exchange is allowed. Any subsequent exchange will not be entertained.
